Our thanks to Peter Schroeder, another extraordinary Fair Oaks volunteer, for organizing FOCAP and providing the recap below from their April meeting. While some of the items here deal with topics beyond the Village, I encourage as many of you as possible to note that on June 9th & 10th our Sacramento County Board takes budget requests and everyone is invited to participate. As an unincorporated area of Sacramento County, we sometimes get "forgotten" and this is one of the best times to remind our Supervisor our parks, roads, homeless, etc. need support and money also.

FOFLA has 3 new members! Keith Walter, Christy Tovani, and Mark Nichols. The VFW/American Legion facility is open! Serving dinners on Mondays - Rotary Club of F. O. meets there every Monday evening. Next month’s FOCAP meeting will be hosted by Meraki High School on 5.26 at 4:00pm, outside on the school grounds. Thanks for your support of FOCAP! Pete 916-899-3209 cell
