As a volunteer organization, we depend on our members to follow through when they agree to take on a task or action item. However, we also recognize that sometimes life gets in the way, and things fall between the cracks. This Forum aims to make it easy to track progress, and if need be, seek help in getting action items completed.
It doesn't replace the Action Items spreadsheet we use to track status; it just makes it easier for members to update status between meetings, track progress, and offer help.
To update an action item, look for the AI # and use the Reply feature to update the item or offer help.
To suggest a new Action Item, go to the New Action Item post and use the Comment feature to clearly explain what needs to be done. Suggested new action items will be reviewed at the next Board meeting.
